Crawford Technical Consulting collects the information you choose to share so we can respond to your inquiry, schedule discovery calls, and protect this site from spam and abuse. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information you provide
Name, email, company or organization (if provided), and your project-start details (what you want to build or fix, budget range, timeline, preferred next step). If you book a call, the scheduler collects your name and email and an optional note about what you would like to build, fix, or talk through.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, prepare for discovery calls, create and manage lead records and follow-up tasks, send confirmation or follow-up emails, and prevent spam and abuse. We do not enroll you in a newsletter or marketing list.
Service providers
We share information with these providers only as needed to run our contact, booking, email, hosting, analytics, testimonial intake, comments, rate limiting, and anti-spam flows: HubSpot CRM records and scheduling. Resend Transactional email. Cloudflare Turnstile Bot and spam protection. Upstash Redis Rate limiting for inquiry and testimonial submissions. Calendly Fallback scheduler. Vercel Web Analytics Lightweight page views and non-identifying conversion events. Giscus and GitHub Discussions Blog comments and reactions when comments are enabled.
Analytics
We use lightweight, privacy-friendly analytics to understand basic traffic and page performance, such as page views and clicks on Start your project, Book a discovery call, and View projects. We do not track your name, email, submitted details, scroll depth, or identity, and we do not use ad pixels or remarketing.
Sharing
We do not sell your inquiry information. We share it with the service providers above only as needed to operate the site.
Retention
We keep inquiry records as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage relationships, keep business records, and protect the site.
