THE TEAM
Founder and Lead Software Engineer Consultant
TJ founded CTC to help businesses close the gap between their goals and the technology to reach them. He holds a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and is pursuing a Master's in Computer Science focused on AI and machine learning. He pairs deep technical expertise with collaborative problem-solving to ship growth-focused solutions.
Lead Software Engineer Consultant
TJ's brother, Haden holds a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering from the University of Georgia, with a focus on machine learning and software engineering. His experience with ML frameworks and rapid development lets CTC build and deploy intelligent systems quickly, without trading away scalability or reliability.
Lead Digital Content and Social Media Consultant
TJ's wife, Makilah holds a Bachelor's in Music Education from Bethune-Cookman University. As the creator behind Makilah Inspires, she has grown a community of nearly 20,000 followers on TikTok. At CTC she leads digital design and content, blending authentic storytelling with design strategy.
Lead Project Management Consultant
TJ and Haden's mother, Vicki brings more than 20 years of project management experience. She holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M and an MBA from Roosevelt University, along with PMP and SPOC certifications, and has led initiatives across a range of industries.
